DHV is founded
The history of DHV begins with its founding in 1988. Just a few years later, the company established its own office and production facility at today’s location in Angelburg.
Over the years, the company has continuously evolved. New applications, new markets and technical innovations have shaped DHV — from segmented diamond tools and patented system solutions to the production of galvanic diamond and CBN tools.

With the renaming to DHV Diamond Tools GmbH in 2025, the increasing internationalization of business activities is being taken into account.
The accumulated experience, technical know-how, and craftsmanship precision remain the foundation. At the same time, the company is clearly aligning itself toward the future. This also includes the involvement of the next generation and the creation of modern structures.
Our goal is to further strengthen DHV as a specialized German manufacturer of high-quality diamond tools u2013 reliable in cooperation, flexible in execution, and open to new markets.
