Server Log Files
The provider of the pages (Framer) automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. These are:
Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP address
This data will not be merged with other data sources. Collection is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of his website.
Cookies and Consent (Consent Banner)
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small data packages and do not damage your end device. They are stored on your device either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies). Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit.
Cookies that are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you request (technically necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is given. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free and optimized provision of his services. Insofar as consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG). Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Consent Banner (Cookie Banner Component from Framer) On this website, we use the cookie banner integrated in Framer, with which you can consent to or reject the use of non-necessary cookies. The banner is displayed when you access the website; you can activate or reject individual categories there. Non-necessary cookies are only set after your express consent. The banner is technically connected to the Google Consent Mode and on this basis controls whether services requiring consent are executed. Your choice is saved so that you are not asked again every time you visit the page. You can change or withdraw your settings at any time via the cookie banner.
The legal basis for the use of technically necessary cookies is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR or § 25 Para. 2 TDDDG; for all other cookies your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Para. 1 TDDDG.
Contact Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. In particular, the following are collected: [e.g. name, email address, telephone number, message/subject – adapt to actual fields].
The processing of this data takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this was requested; consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The data transmitted via the contact form is processed technically via our hosting and form provider Framer B.V. (see "Hosting" section), with whom a contract for processing exists in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after completed processing of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Contact by Email
On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by email (e.g. via a "mailto:" link). If you contact us by email, your details, including the contact details provided by you (in particular email address, name and the content of your message), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR), if this was requested. The data sent to us by email will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
Applications
We offer you the opportunity to apply to us via an online application form. As part of the application process, we process the personal data you transmit (e.g. name, contact details, cover letter, CV, references and other information specified in the application form) to decide on the establishment of an employment relationship.
Tool used: Tally To provide the application form, we use the service Tally from the provider Tally BV, August Van Lokerenstraat 71, 9050 Ghent, Belgium (company number 0776.979.007). When you fill out and submit the application form, your details are processed and stored via Tally's infrastructure. Tally stores form data on servers within the European Union; transmission and storage are encrypted. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Tally in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which ensures that Tally only processes personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, see Tally's privacy policy: https://tally.so/help/privacy-policy
Legal Basis The legal basis for processing your applicant data is § 26 Para. 1 BDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of an employment relationship). Insofar as you voluntarily send us special categories of personal data (e.g. information on health or severe disability), processing takes place additionally on the basis of § 26 Para. 3 BDSG or Art. 9 Para. 2 GDPR. By submitting your application, you consent to the processing of your data to the extent described.
Inquiry by Email, Telephone or Fax
Only keep if such contact options are offered/used.
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your inquiry including all resulting personal data will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b, f or a GDPR (see above).
5. Fonts
Framer usually hosts fonts themselves via their own CDN. Please check (browser developer tools → network tab) to see if calls to fonts.googleapis.com or fonts.gstatic.com are being made. If no → delete this section. If yes → Google Fonts are loaded dynamically by Google, which requires consent; then keep this section and use a consent tool.
This site uses so-called web fonts for the uniform display of fonts. When a page is accessed, your browser loads the required web fonts to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to the provider's servers, which gives them knowledge that our website was accessed via your IP address.
6. Transfer to Third Countries
Our website may integrate tools from companies based in third countries (in particular the USA). If these tools are active, your personal data can be transferred to the respective third countries and processed there. A level of data protection comparable to that of the EU cannot be guaranteed in third countries. To the extent applicable, the transfer takes place on the basis of EU standard contractual clauses or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or your express consent.
